The UK Food Standards Agency has developed the “Here to Help” guide for small food businesses such as local restaurants, take out establishments, and coffee shops to set forth the hygiene processes and requirements they must follow.  As restaurants and cafes develop new ways of working and sell more food to be eaten off premises, the UK wants to ensure the correct processes are followed.  The “Here to Help” campaign provides a practical guide for food businesses on how to register, reopen and adapt to ways of doing business safely during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Other countries may develop similar guidance.
